On-device operation: The app runs locally; we do not collect personal data from your device. iCloud sync (optional): If you enable iCloud, your app data is synced via Apple's iCloud between your devices. Son of a Bjork AB does not receive or access this data. Purchases: App distribution and purchases are handled by Apple (App Store). We receive country-level sales reports only; these do not identify you. Support communications (if you contact us): Your email address, message content, and any information you include.
Provide the app's features (on-device processing): No personal data is sent to us. iCloud sync: Provided by Apple under your iCloud settings. Support communications: To respond to you (Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f), as applicable).
Apple (App Store & iCloud): Apple acts as an independent controller for App Store purchases and iCloud services. Son of a Bjork AB does not access iCloud-synced content and does not receive purchaser identities from Apple.
By Son of a Bjork AB: None. By Apple: Any transfers relating to App Store or iCloud are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
On-device/iCloud data: Controlled by you; not retained by us. Support emails: Kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and for basic record-keeping, then deleted or archived securely.
